Wallace Counseling Co. provides therapy for adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. We support clients navigating college and career changes, identity development, loss, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences.

With a thoughtful and structured approach, we help clients understand how past and present stressors influence emotions, behavior, and relationships. Using research-informed methods, we focus on reducing symptoms, strengthening coping skills, and building long-term resilience.

When appropriate, we incorporate structured trauma-processing techniques that support the brain and body in integrating distressing experiences safely and gradually.

Therapy is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater steadiness.

We incorporate structured trauma-processing approaches that help the brain and body integrate difficult experiences in a safe and grounded way to help you rediscover yourself after a difficult event. We offer support and evidence based practices for you and your family members.

Teens and Adolescents

Therapy for teens and adolescents provides a supportive space to navigate the challenges of growing up. Whether facing anxiety, depression, peer issues, family conflict, or school-related stress, sessions focus on building coping skills, improving communication, and strengthening confidence. Using age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches, therapy helps young people better understand themselves, manage emotions, and make healthier decisions in their daily lives.

Anxiety and Depression

Military and First Responders

We have a deep respect for those who serve. Military members, veterans, and first responders often carry experiences that are intense, high-stakes, and difficult to explain to others.
